Key Characteristics
- No sales role; no negotiation of pricing or terms.
- Typically no compensation; no expectation of conversion.
- No medical, clinical, caregiving, or emergency services.
- Families retain independent decision-making.
Common Participants
- Family members and community members.
- Trusted advisors making personal introductions.
- Community organizations supporting awareness efforts (where permitted).
Reminder: Do not discuss “earning money” with families under Share Awareness.
Referral Program B: “Conversion-Only”
Application-only
Best for qualified, non-clinical marketers operating under agreement
A separate, application-only program available to qualified applicants under a signed agreement and formal marketing guidelines. Participants do not sell or negotiate; Alerta Family controls pricing, contracting, and customer onboarding.
Key Characteristics
- Eligibility screening required; written agreement + marketing guidelines + applicable state riders.
- Conversion-only: fees, if applicable, are earned only after a completed purchase and any refund/trial period.
- No compensation for leads, introductions, meetings, or evaluations alone.
- Not available to caregivers, facilities, or healthcare professionals acting in a care role.
- Not a healthcare referral program; no influence over care, treatment, or placement decisions.
