Do I need to sell anything?

The Share Awareness program is purely informational: you share information about Alerta Home with people who might be interested, and our team handles all pricing, contracting, and customer onboarding. There are no sales conversations, no negotiations, and no expectation of conversion.
How do I get my rack card and QR code?
Your rack card and QR code are sent to your email automatically the moment you submit the sign-up form — no waiting required.
The rack card is customized with your facility or organization name. The QR code encodes a unique URL linked to your referrer ID, so every scan is automatically credited to you.
I didn't receive my rack card or QR code — what should I do?
Email sales@alertahome.com and we'll resend your materials right away.
We recommend also checking your spam or junk folder first — automated emails occasionally get filtered. If they're not there, our team will issue a new copy immediately.
What's the difference between the two programs?
The main difference is compensation and eligibility: Share Awareness is free and open to anyone, while Conversion-Only is a paid program for qualified marketers that requires screening and a written agreement.
Share Awareness participants share information only — no selling, no contracts, no compensation expected. Conversion-Only participants actively market Alerta Home and earn a reward per completed purchase, but must pass eligibility screening and sign a formal agreement before participating.
When do I receive a reward?
Rewards are paid only after a purchase is fully completed — not for introductions, leads, or meetings alone.
Rewards apply exclusively to the Conversion-Only program. If you're participating in Share Awareness, no compensation is expected or provided. Conversion-Only participants must have a signed agreement in place before any reward can be issued.
